Knee replacement and revision
A knee revision and replacement surgery involve removing and replacing the old prosthesis with a new prosthetic implant. It is performed on patients who previously had a total knee replacement.
Hip replacement and revision
A hip replacement and revision surgery is performed to repair an artificial hip joint damaged over time due to an infection or to normal wear and tears. It involves a partial or complete exchange of the prosthesis implanted during the initial surgery.
